The Triangle Industrial Zone Offers Offices and Amenities for Lease
The Triangle SIZ, contributory organization, offers non-residential premises for lease, i.e. offices and service systems in the office building located in the Triangle Industrial Zone as part of the Triangle City Amenities.
The Amenities cover the area of about 1 hectare. It is a set of mobile containers:
- office building,
- accommodation facility.
These guarded and fenced premises include access roads, car parks and street lighting.
The Triangle City project itself covers the area of 11.23 ha and it will be situated in the central part of the industrial zone. It will serve mainly as a service centre offering, e.g. shops, health services, educational centre, etc. Another part of the area is destined for small manufacturing and service companies with clean non-disturbing operation. In the central part of the Triangle City there will be a relaxation area separated from adjoining areas by greenery.
Floor space of offered areas: from 13.21 square meters to 27.56 square meters.
Lease price: 500 CZK per square meter per month without VAT, including services (energies, cleaning, Internet).
- free parking in front of the building,
- electric heating,
- air conditioning in each office,
- linoleum floor-cloth,
- shared sanitary facility and a kitchenette,
- optional lease of meeting rooms for a fee.
The spaces for lease will be ready in December 2018.
