Companies in the Triangle Industrial Zone Successful in Recruiting New Employees
Despite the fact that the domestic labour market does not offer potential qualified employees anymore, companies running business in the Triangle Industrial Zone keep recruiting new labour force. To the mid-2018 they succeeded in increasing the number of employees to 3949. Low unemployment record both in the CR and the Ústí Region does not offer many possibilities of labour force choice. Majority of job seekers registered with the Labour Office in the Region are people with low level of education, usually facing distraint or health problems.
The Triangle Industrial Zone administration in co-operation with regional institutions and organisations, such as the Regional Chamber of Commerce, CzechInvest, Labour Office contact centres, etc., are very active in this respect and in the scope of technical education support they organize excursions, workshops, presentations and/or lectures for pupils and parents, participate in generating of Local education action plans and the Regional education action plan, and others. Nevertheless, it will be necessary in the future to use also other possibilities of the labour force recruitment in the scope of foreign co-operation, co-operation between companies and secondary technical schools in the Region, by introducing robot systems and digitalisation of production, etc.
